AI Voice Agent that answers every call and books it
A missed call is usually a lost customer — they just ring the next business on the list. The voice agent picks up on the first ring, every time, holds a normal conversation, answers what they asked, and books the appointment before hanging up.
Never miss another call — and turn the ones you're missing today into booked appointments in 30 days, or you don't pay.
PS — no answering service, no voicemail nobody listens to.
It books onto the same calendar as everything else, so a phone booking and a WhatsApp booking land in exactly the same place.
Most missed calls happen when you're doing your actual job.
You're with a customer
The phone rings mid-appointment. You can't answer it, and they don't leave a message.
It's after hours
Evenings and weekends are when people finally get round to ringing. Nobody's there.
Two calls at once
The second caller gets a busy tone and calls your competitor instead. You never even know.
- Answers on the first ring, 24/7 — including several calls at once
- Real back-and-forth conversation — it can be interrupted and keep up
- Answers from your real prices, hours and policies
- Books, reschedules and cancels on your calendar mid-call
- Transfers to you or your team when a caller needs a person
- Written summary of every call in your client list
- Texts the caller a confirmation and directions before they hang up
- Keep your existing number — nothing about it changes for your customers
It tells people it's an assistant.
Every call opens with the agent introducing itself as your practice's assistant. That's partly manners — people relax when they know what they're talking to — and partly because disclosure is increasingly required by law.
Call recording and consent settings depend on where you and your callers are, so we configure those with you before going live, and flag anything worth running past your own advisor. We'd rather raise it now than have you find out later.
Straight answers before you book a call.
Does it sound like a real person?
It sounds natural and speaks at a normal pace, with pauses in the right places — but it introduces itself as an assistant, so nobody's being tricked. Most callers simply carry on with their question.
What happens if someone gets frustrated with it?
It offers a human early rather than fighting to keep the call. It can transfer straight to you or your team during opening hours, or take a callback request and flag it as urgent outside them.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. We route your existing number so nothing changes for your customers or your printed materials. You choose whether it answers everything or only the calls you miss.
Can it handle accents and background noise?
Generally yes, and it asks people to repeat themselves when it isn't sure rather than guessing. If a call genuinely isn't working, it hands over to a human instead of persisting.
Will it try to sell to my callers?
Only if you want it to. By default it answers the question and books the appointment. Any upsell — a hygiene add-on, a longer slot — is something you approve first.
